GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT

Arrival time from 4pm and departure before 10am
A refundable deposit will be given on arrival, and returned back 48h after leaving once checked the good condition of the property
Everything should be in good condition and working perfectly on the day of your arrival, but if you detect a defect or malfunction, please contact us within 24 hours after check-in so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible and prevent it from being charged to your account upon departure
Obligation to use the property personally and to maintain it in good conditions. Damages caused by negligence or bad maintainance during the rental period will be charged to tenant
Obligation to respect the rest of the neighborhood. Absolutely no parties allowed
Obligation not to exceed the number of guests indicated in the contract
The day of checkout, obligation to take out the garbage, wash the dishes and leave the furniture in its place of origin, otherwise an amount of up to € 100 of the deposit may be charged
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (except 49€ administration fee). In the following 30 days and only in case of mobility limitations due to COVID, possibility of using the deposit paid in the following 18 months
In low season from 1st of November to 31st of march a reasobale weekly electric consumption of 100kwh is included, in case of exceeding, additional KWH could be charged at 0,35€/kwh. Gas comsumption if applies, according to consumption.
